There’s a lot to unpack here. In the beginning, we’ll say that Admiral Trades is not a legitimate and honest brokerage.
On the contrary, this bogus website has been created for fraudulent purposes. There’s plenty of evidence to support that claim. It’s all here, in our truthful Admiral Trades Review.
Admiral Trades’ website is full of discrepancies when it comes to the broker’s regulation. First, we found a UK address at the bottom of the Home page. Next up, in the T&C section, the text says that this broker is run by Pipe Ltd, a company registered in the Marshall Islands.
Admiral Trades also claims to operate only in the EEA zone under the jurisdiction of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Yet, the broker offers leverage of up to 1:500 whereas ESMA’s limit is 1:30 for retail clients.
Instead, find a reliable broker that boasts a valid Tier 1 trading license, issued by the likes of the FCA, CFTC, ESMA, ASIC, IIROC, etc.
We were curious where this cyber scammer was active, i.e. in which areas or countries. After doing some research, we managed to make a list:
Regardless of whether Admiral Trades is an offshore broker or not, this entity cannot possibly be authorized to operate in any of these domains. We already proved that Admiral Trades is not a UK-based broker.
Admiral Trades’ users sure had negative things to say about the broker. On Trustpilot and PersonalReviews forums, we found complaints against the broker.
The unfortunate victims of the Admiral Trades scam imbued their complaints with frustration and anger. Please heed these urgent warnings!
SCAM do not invest with Admiraltrades I have recently lost a substantial amount of money with this fake company… They will only contact you through WhatsApp & there trading program is a simulation. Stay away or they will ruin your life as they have mine.
They don’t even deserve 1 star, do not let this company ruin your life as they have mine.
Admiral Trades’ trading platform is a browser-based trading terminal that can be accessed via both desktop and mobile phones.
We saw the WebTrader and it’s really nothing special. The basic charts, indicators and graphs are there but the advanced stuff is not. We’re talking about automated trading options, live market reports, multiple timeframes, etc.
This unscrupulous broker does not support proper third-party software such as MT4, MT5 or cTrader.
Let’s recall what the victim of this scam said – “They will only contact you through WhatsApp & there trading program is a simulation.” So, WhatsApp is Admiral Trades’ main tool of communication.
Aside from a private WhatsApp chat, Admiral Trades has multiple phone numbers and an email. All those numbers allow the broker to contact potential victims in several countries, depending on the area code.
Here are the trading instruments that Admiral Trades offers:
On the account types page, Admiral Trades promises spreads from 1.5 pips for the Standard account. Yet, the trading platform displayed 2 pips for the EUR/USD pair.
A spread of 1.5 pips would’ve been decent but anything wider is not competitive. The commissions for trading have not been disclosed.
Let’s take a look at Admiral Trades’ trading account types:
A few things we would like to address regarding these perks. First, the spreads are most likely fake, we’ve already debunked that. As for the leverage, it’s extremely high and risky.
Keep in mind that the regulatory limit in the UK is 1:30 for retail clients. And finally, Admiral Trades offers bonuses, which are banned in Europe.
Admiral Trades promises a free demo account but the website is misleading. Namely, we didn’t find a demo account page anywhere.
The promise of a risk-free demo account was only put there to lure potential victims. Unless it’s presented and executed in a transparent way, do not accept it.
Admiral Trades’ withdrawal policy says that the broker accepts payments via the following methods:
The minimum deposit amount is 250 $ and the minimum withdrawal amount is 25 $ for cards and 100 $ for wires. Fees were not specified. Thus, do not risk your money with this scammer.
